All postage is delivered via AusPost via Express packaging for $15.00. 

All postage is tracked with tracking ID.

Orders will be posted within 3 business days of the order being processed. We endeavour to send all products on the same day of order. 

Once your parcel is on it’s way you can check the progress by jumping onto the Aus Post website www.auspost.com.au/track

Returns

Faulty product returns

You are also entitled to return a product to us if there is an issue under the major product failure guaranteed by Australian Consumer Guarantees. 

However, you may only return the product to us on the condition that the fault is not caused by misuse of the product.

When you return the product on these conditions, we may replace the product or allow you to exchange the product for another product of the same value or give you a credit or refund.

Return costs

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for paying the cost of returning products to us including the postal or delivery charges.

Consumer guarantees

As a consumer, you are entitled to statutory consumer guarantees in Australia.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to restrict your rights under consumer laws.
